I salute the courage of the police officer who compiled the "goonda list" in Goa. I request JoeGoaUK to publish the Goonda List on Goanet for all to see. The Goan public needs to ask a senior upright police official in Goa to continue to update the 25 names on the Goonda List on a yearly basis. This list needs to be as publicly circulated in Goa as the FBI's Most Wanted List is in the USA. Roland.
