You don't seem to grasp that this Education Minister business is only a
pass-time for Babush. His main profession is making money, preferably by being
the Minister of Development. Unfortunately, that post got him into some hot
soup. But Babush is a crorepati several times over. He is even richer than
any self-aggrandizing gold traders on Goanet:-)) So, Babush decided to become
Education Minister to educate Goans in how to become wealthy like him without
wasting their time in running after some cheap SSC certificate:-)) He can now
give away SSC certificates if he wanted to, fo a small fee:-))
