Lucio looks like those genteel Goan noblemen who if transplanted in
1800's Portugal or Spain would have been equally at home.
Would Valmiki Faleiro who would have surely known Lucio please tell us
more than his website reveals. The good and the bad if there is. No
man's memory is complete without that.
