Hi Samir, Are you suggesting that a Hindu necessarily has to remain in India? If so, the obverse of that coin is that non-Hindus (specially those whose faith has origins abroad, have no place in India!)
I was on another point. I think religious identities are important sometimes. But they are not the ONLY identities we have, NOR the prime identities. And just because I perhaps was born with a religious identity different from yours, I don't have to presume that I'm going to be different from you. Leave aside conflicting with yours. Any country, more so one like India, can survive only if we acknowledge the 'unity in diversity' we once spoke so much about.
