Now that the high technology terrorism has just made a foray into our territory, it is time to put our differences aside and devise ways and means to meet the challenge of the future cross border incursions I am firmly of the opinion that the Indian brains will come out with something spectacular i.e. National Investigation Agency, theoretically brilliant, however, only 50 percent of the job will be done. The next 40 percent of our efforts will be devoted to carry out in practice what has been carefully laid down in the plan. I am quite confident too that the Indian apparatchiks , though at times lackadaisical,will rise to the occasion by actually performing tasks well to the satisfaction of higher authorities. It is the remaining vital 10 percent that is the Indian National nightmare. We all know that quite a number of us are inherently corrupt and more so are some of the key governmental agencies.It is the corruption that makes our borders porous through which any ill motivated organization could easily penetrate and play havoc with our peace loving citizenry.
