Holy smoke that Aires is writing about Goa's exchequer and ministers. For a man of his integrity and guile, he should be the last person to talk about it. I am not surprised at his somersaults. Recent events involving Aires are still too fresh in memory. But then for someone like me who has been a "victim" of his arrogance all I can say is that the man should be ignored and his views be dismissed as from those of a crank.
