This is surprising to all party goers i suppose, not just the shack owners.
While terrorist attacked hotels in Mumbai leaving the beaches, in Goa Diggu
& Ravi have intellegence saying the beaches will be attacked in Goa and
hotels will be spared. Who is the actual Terrorist?
I wonder how much the hotels have shelled out to keep them out.
