Santosh, take a sabbatical for a year and come to Goa. You should take lesson 101 --- first just try to lodge an FIR in India, regarding anything. If you are able to lodge an FIR, then try to ensure that some investigation is done by the police. In India, police is one of the most corrupt arms of the govt. To make the police move, either they have to be bribed or ordered by a superiors in the govt. In the rare case in which they undertake unbiased investigation, chances are they will be transferred to Timbaktu (in Goa, read Canacona or Pernem) if their superiors in the govt. dont like what they have done.
