They are like ‘Amballo’ where outer skin is edible with bigger nut (Paroi)
inside.
Amballo is twice the bigger in size and taste sour and this fruit is bitter
The seed from the nut is also edible (taste somewhat like Cashew nuts).
But also understand, toomuch eating of this nuts/seeds may give giddiness
