1. Why is the case filed in the Calcutta High Court and not in Goa/Mumbai High
Court?
2. Which lawyer(s) is representing Seby? Goans should help him out and not
allow the mining/building lobbies to intimidate him and others. They already
have both major polities at their beck and call, wrecking havoc and devastation
in Goa and now the attempt to silence a voice for justice.
3. Has the Goan press reported on this adequately?
