Subject: Fw: CITIZENS' [OF GOA] INITIATIVE FOR GSPEF & GSAEF ???
Dear Fr. Rodrigues,
Spitting the names like a tape recorder is easy. But will it help?
Citizens of Goa must be seen to be getting together and not stay
splintered if this innitiative is to take shape.
Perhaps you can help with your prayers?.

Dear Floriano I have been waiting and waiting for something like this
which you wrote but this is not enough at all, do plese come up with some
names for the people to chose from and withut any delay. Indeed the
Governance is getting worse every day: one Minister wanting to put up a
sports Complex in orchard land whch has supported people for generations
while other land is available and he is telling them leave agricuture and
1000 jobs will be created, that means he wants them to cease to be owners
and producers and be bottle washers, and door keepers etc!! Another
Minister wants to build a new Hospital in agricultural land even though
people are objecting and convert the existing Hospicio which can be
developed into a first class Hostipital into a museum, how nany museums is
Goa going to have and to what purpose?ANTONIO

It is a fact that Goans have come to terms with our existing
'political system' having put us to deep shame and
where 'enough is enough' seems to be the order of
the thinking on everybody's mind with respect to the
performances of our National as well as our State Regional
political parties. They have jointly taken Goa nowhere but
down, down and more deeper down into the rut of uncontrolled
self-centered opportunism, thereby draining the well-being
of our dear Goa and us Goans along with our state coffers.
And at times such as these, if we, the stake-holders, remain
unconcerned and complacent, we shall be lending a helping
hand for the annihilation of the bright future of our
up-coming generations.
