I am given to understand that it belongs to a well-known Goan miner-industrialist but is licensed under some Italian fellow's name. I haven't yet ascertained the veracity of this information. However, it would be entirely in keeping with this industrialist's wretched character (incidentally, I found myself only a metre or so away from him this evening at a school concert in Panjim and had to come home and quickly shower - this steaming pile of refuse is that contaminating.) These rich Goans could have been our Carnegies and Rockefellers. who should have been at the forefront of protecting the land of their fathers and forefathers.
