Key qualities being looked for: * Person should be familiar with Goa, its geography, its rules, regulations etc and should have lived in Goa for several years. * Candidate should ideally have worked overseas for some time. * Candidate must be well educated. A graduate or post graduate degree from a reputable institution will be looked upon favorably. * The individual should be mobile (have own transportation) * Person should have good references that can be verified. * Flexible hours, specially if the candidate has children.
