Mario asks: During the presidential campaign Mr. Obama spoke out in favor of protectionism and against free trade, including NAFTA which would directly affect Canada. He has also prohibited companies receiving bailout funds from issuing H1-B visas. So, how do we decide when to believe what he says? Obviously, we should watch what he does, not what he says.
