Dear Bonifacio,
Thanks for the response.
Let me say that I am not the Hercules that will lift Goa away from the worms
with his strong arms.
I have tried to bring in a system of governance that could be just and
disciplined. Whether Goans will take it up or leave it is another matter
altogether.
I am an NGO activist at heart. And I have taken enough corrective actions
against wrong-doings (six successful PILs in the HC). And I am tired already
at 61.

I want to just step back and relax. But my conviction does not allow me to
do so.

There is the need to expose the worms that are working overtime to undermine
the well-being of Goa and Goans. Goa needs an independent weekly or a
fortnightly that can exposed our charlies left right and center and educate
the masses about their role in these plays.

There is a possibility that some one in the professional capacity may take
this charge.

What do you think? Can you be counted in?? This tabloid will not promote any
individuals or political parties.
Let me know

Subject: [Goanet] GOA IS A FAILED STATE

Floriano,

Thanks for the reply, questions before you :=

1.I don't agree that for one to be a leader in getting Goa out of the
present rot , a political party is the only solution.

2. With due respect to GOA-SU-RAJ,i am not interested in the time taken
in formation of the said party and thereafter, we need action not
stories.Which ever political party be it in Goa or India ,the
motherland needs to be protected from the clutches of the dangerous
sharks and people in any form.

3. Let's not be naive and believe that in the entire world Goans will
not be involved in scams etc, let's rubbish this allegation out and
see the way forward in stopping the management from hiring
management from outside, now that's where leadership role from your
side takes effect as your actions will speak louder than the
problems you are mentioning , i don't see any solution that you are
  offering.

I have read a lot of articles from you some expectionally good ones other
just good , some may not interest me, but we are always complaining about
this and that but i have never seen any action not particularly from you
perse but our renowned Goan people who are happy
in their own lives.

Hence, i keep on repeating that Goa is made to be a failed state by Goans
only .
