26/11 is memory that is slowly fading away. For those who dont recall, that
day India was brought to its knees by about 10 18 year old Pakistanis.
Those who visit the 5 star hotels were killed like sardines, and they
couldnt do a thing. Why did it happen ?
1) Inspite of intelligence warnings, the Mumbai police just sat on their
butts and did nothing. Taj, the 5 star hotel itself removed its security
a few days prior to these killings.
2) It was also found that the terrorists used SIM cards bought on some other
peoples' names.
Bottom line, there were severe lapses in implementation of the law.
Have things changed, since 26/11 is the question we have to ask.
Following 26/11, we saw various governments including Goa Govt. suddenly
announcing that they stepped up the security. We started seeing gun wielding
men trying to protect the Goan beaches. I wonder if they are
still around.
Rest assured, that the next batch of terrorists are just lying low for
the memory of 26 / 11 to fade away and the security to be relaxed. They
are just waiting to buy their next passports on fake names; they are
just waiting to buy their driving licences by paying some bribes.
In India, all laws can be circumvented by paying some money. If you have
enough money like the Timblos have, you can even have the laws changed. You
can sell India's earth to the highest bidder, create environmental disasters.
India mein sab kuch chalta hai; kiske baap ka kya jaata hai ?
