Given that elections are coming near, the CM should have no problems
at all giving in to all these demands.

Why not add some more demands to this ?

All Goans should be paid about Rs. 5000/- per month as pension for just
being a Goan. CM will grant this easily.

Abolish and demolish all police stations and courts. This shouldnt be
a problem at all.
