Look at it this way, Arwin,

The more people/ MLAs we can have, with a like view and commitment like
Churchill, then Churchill's 'promise keeping' becomes easier.

After all, U should know that one man Churchill cannot dictate or always get
his way across, in a democratic setup! It's quite tough in politics.

Even in South Goa there are MLAs and others opposing him, for their own vicious
private agendas! This is your 'Goa of Today'. May be the induction of
Churchill's daughter can help him, in this regard.

Let me tell U that, today MOPA is not a reality yet; is because of Churchill's
continuing interest for and in the welfare of people and business in Ilhas and
South Goa.
I wish him all the very best in his like endeavours!

Churchill still intends to fulfil his promises made at the last election, to
the Goan Electorate. Maybe he, his supporters & many Goan Voters may have
forgotten about the advertisements in the newspapers promising (1) Romi Konkani
and (2) NO MOPA;  but I and others have not forgotten.
