Any Ordinance has a life of just 6 months and is required to be ratified to
make it a BILL by the house of representatives before the expiry of 6
months.
In my personal interaction with MP (Mapusa Nagrikancho Ekvott re Mapusa ODP
affair), he has personally told me that this BILL will be opposed in the
Assembly when tabled. We shall have to wait and watch.
