Has anyone seen the place in Margao called the Lohia Maidan. If it was of any importance as a historical place, it should have been kept in a clean and presentable place. The place looks like a tip a dumping place for rubbish also it's blighted by unsightly electric pylons, no grass, broken paving slabs. Anyone passing by would not know that this place has some historical significance to Goan history.
