Taleigaocar has surprised every political pandit in the area. No fund
distribution for Ganesh Chaturthi or for NARAKASUR or for Bakri id last year.
No Taleigao Carnival (people came to collect sweets with bags went dry) nor
Shigamo Parade participation, Unfinished Floats for want of funds can be seen
at Odlembhat. It was dry HOLI afternoon in Taleigao.
But unopposed win at word No 1 for Taleigao Panchayat on Monday 2nd March was
celebrated with Band and procession with few lieutenants, Jennifer (Sarpanch in
waiting) in open Jeep and Montserrat himself in a AC car, moved all over
village.
'Vote for me if I have done good work' Can this be slogan!
March 22, may become a crucial day of recen time for TALGAOCARS.
