But this is still a long distance away from giving the voter the
chance to vote for 'none of the above', let alone the 'right to
recall'.
If I want to abstain from voting, I'd stay home, rather than go and
queue up and then abstain. The protest-value gained is only symbolic.

class but not for class.
Queue up and then abstain is like one day hunger strike.
