My apologies for not responding immediately to emails from many of you sent over the past 4-5 days. My job requires traveling to various industrial sites in India, during which time I could be away for some days and it may not be convenient to check or reply to my emails immediately. Many of you have asked some further questions but what I had conveyed in my first email was all the info I got from Francis Dias when I got to spend 10-15 minutes with him when I visited the Home with my St. Vincent DePaul colleagues last Sunday 8th March. Later, I did regret for not asking him a few more questions like, the name of the Beauty Saloon they ran at Kemps Corner, Savio’s middle name, year he was at Mount Abu, etc. But I will try to get the answers to pass on to you at the earliest. It may not be that convenient for me to visit Francis immediately as the place is a bit away from where I work and stay. Moreover the visiting hours to the Home may be clashing with my working hours, but I will attempt to do so over the next few days or try and get help from other sources and send you further details. One question of how old Savio Dias currently is and judging from his father’s current age of 81, my rough guess will be between 45 and 55. You can note that Francis Dias will not be aware of all the activity going on around the world for him, but friends, please keep up the momentum and hopefully your efforts will bear fruit and over the next few days and we will be able to convey some encouraging or good news to Francis. God bless you all. Lloyd Vaz
