You are very right and that is exactly the point i was trying to make
as far as Goa is concerned. Visiting Goa for fun trips one does not see
the ground realities.
Garbage littered all over,mosquito and dog menance, erratic water and
electricity supply, corruption at every level,increase in daylight
robberies and rapes are the ground realities in present day Goa which
is a far cry from 1961.Then i am told that we are better than Bihar and
UP! what a comparison!
