YES, EVERYTHING IS AVAILABLE for EVERYONE.....in Dubai (Goan delicacies, drinks, football, music, dance et all.....) simple guideline is DO WHAT YOU WANT TO YOU IN THE DESIGNATED PLACE(s).... DO NOT DO 'PRIVATE' ACTS IN 'PUBLIC" And if simple guidlines are NOT followed, then I agree with Dubai Government 100% to impose necessary fines/punishments. The problem is with those people who are habitual MISUSERS/DISOBEYERS of Rules & Regulations .
