Laxity in getting the mandatory form 'C' filled from a foreigner paved the way for nearly four months of safe abode for a Polish hit-man
18th March Times of India I have been to South India three times. Always filled in form C. Why are border controls slipping? They are just as lax in the UK except for refugees or as they have been renamed "asylum seekers". My opinion is that people entrusted with our safety, taxpayers cash, and big contracts too frequently do their jobs by rote not by conviction, commitment and caring. Organised serious crime appears more profitable than honest graft. Rita Grootendorst
