Digambar Kamat will go down in the history books as one of Goa's weakest and
spineless Chief Ministers. From the day he assumed office his sole priority
has been to safeguard his chair at all costs.

The framers of our constitution had envisaged one set of laws for all
regardless of caste, creed, and financial or political strengths.

Unfortunately in Goa today, if you have the financial clout, you can
manipulate things and gamble your way around depending on your muscle power
and political patronage

In reality with Digambar Kamat as Chief Minister we have one set of laws for
the rich and powerful and another for the weak and vulnerable.
