Hotel rate in Panaji I have taken : 1. One Chana Masala 2. One Pau 3. One Mirchi
Total bill Rs.21/- *I have not taken tea* As per me the quality of Channa Masala was not of good, quality of pau was not good and also quality of mirchi was no so good. This was in Café Aaram near Panaji Municipalty. Bill was Rs.21/- I have given Rs.50/- note I was not having change of Re 1/- so the cashier was giving me Rs.5/- coupon and choklet. I denied that, then he said can I give u revenue stamp yes I said and I took 9 revenue stamps. My question is can a aam adami afford this rate.
