I have a good knowledge of our Police Force in Goa.
Believe me for the size of the state and the threat they encounter, they are
a complete outnumbered lot.
They have very little guts and will "most of the time". back out of problem
places and duty.
They are fully controlled by the Politicians and the end result.
We cannot expect much from them at all.
I am stating this as I have dealt with them on many occasions even to get a
police report to get my passport
renewed or to get a police clearance.
We cannot Blame them blankly, they are understaffed ill-equiped and
undertrained..
What more can you expect..??
