Justice Saldanha should make slight changes in his wording. Instead of BJP he
should insert local Panch/Counciler/MLA/MP.
I can point out many such cases in Taleigao-Goa where in people has voted in
last 3 elections, staying at same place for last 10 years but could not vote
due to deletion of names.
Suprising is, A family living in adjacent flat on rent two years back for only
few years, they are their in fresh voting list.
