As part of the Chimbel Presidential Library Project Ex-President Pandurang
has instructed me to compile a volume containing quotes from Goanet that
impress him and add to his wisdom.
***This posting could come only from Chimbel...where as young students we

The following two quotes are the first entries into this volume:
