The killings by Mahanand are outrageous indeed but surely more outrageous
is why the police couldnt catch this culprit for 15 years.
What do the police do when a missing case is registered ? Do they investigate
at all ?
We need an inquiry into possible police lapses by a committee of eminent
citizens, and punishment to the guilty including to the Home Ministers if found
guilty. We dont want yes men appointed by the Govt. on the committee.
Let us demand the above, and come to the streets if needed.
