Same with the migrant workers settled in Goa. I'm sure they all intend to go back 'home' one day. They too are here on "temporary work". In all probability they would anytime prefer their own home and settings to the (higher) purplebacks of Goa.
But life becomes complicated sometimes... FN PS: Is there anyone who believes they are not based outside Goa only temporarily?
