Apparently she is of Goan origin!
The criminal case against both, US agents as well as Italian police, has
since been dismissed. The spectacle was staged, a political reality in today's
Europe. I refuse to believe she was not privy to some behind the scene facts,
and had not been urged to bear with the Agency: she chose to go bare, instead !
There is no precedent for her conduct. When you sign on to work in the
shadow, for profit no less, you stay in the shadows. She does has her rights,
in a civil society, but she took an oath to serve in a cloak and dagger outfit
that goes up against groups that have few such compunctions. She had also
sworne allegiance to her adopted country, earlier, and done so voluntarily.
Will a recruiter remember her,the next time an India resume lands on his
desk !
As an aside, army personnel may not sue the government, under any
