The accuser Marshall has now escalated his defamatory allegations against the accused R. L. Francis without being personally provoked by the latter in any way. I hope Mr. Francis responds to these libelous charges against him. The accuser appears to deny that he is engaging in wanton defamation of Mr. Francis in this public forum, instead of honestly and honorably addressing or refuting the concerns raised by him.
