This is indeed pathetic. In one picture is a nice residence with a heap of garbage lying just next to it. What are the owners of the house thinking? That it is not THEIR problem?
And more disgusting is the TOI office building with the garbage heap almost in front of it. What kind of example is India's foremost media corporation allowing itself to be witness to. Whew! No wonder the government in Goa can get away with whatever it gets away with. An apathetic citizenry deserves the kind of governance it gets.
