We thank you in advance Tomazinho PRESS NOTE Condolence Meeting Tiatr Academy of Goa has organized a condolence meeting to pay homage to late Shri. Lucas Fernandes, a veteran tiatr artiste who expired recently under tragic circumstances. The Condolence meet will take place on Thursday, 25th June, 2009 at 4.30 p.m. at the Margao Municipality Hall, Margao. Late Lucas Fernandes who acted female roles in the 1940s and 50s was one of the few artistes who could keep the Tiatr alive and vibrant at that time when girls did not venture to come of Tiatr stage due to social constraints.
