Duck the question: Were Goans given the choice to autonomously decide their future? Mario responds: I could have sworn that all those people lining up across Goa to vote in local, state and federal elections since 1961 were all Goans:-)) Perhaps they were Ghantis and Bhailles dressed to look like Goans:-))
