Hi Eddie First you state everyone has missed the point. Then you write "The Goa Government intends to introduce a law to make legitimate past purchases unlawful!". Can you please point to the Times of India article where that is stated? I fail to see where it stated LEGITIMATE past deals will be made unlawful. Can you also point to the where it states the "GOA GOVERNMENT intends to introduce a law...."
