For almost 4 decades, Goan born in Anjuna Senhor Rodolfo Sousa and now in his mid seventies was prohibited from entering Goa by the current repressive regime no better than PIDE. The allegations are that he was a Goan dissident. Sousa continuous petition to get a visa were denied for 40 years. It is only now I think this year that via the efforts of the NRG cell that Sousa may allowed to visit his beloved Goa. Imagine these are the few cases cited by me. Defiance or alleged dissidence crushed by the neo colonial regime which has now implanted a fascist democracy. A poltical system run by the former Portuguese boot lickers who have run havoc on the gullible Goan populace. BC
