Football Referee’s Coaching Classes Football Referees’ Coaching Classes for New Recruits and Refresher Classes for Active Members will be conducted by the Indian Football Referees’ Association (IFRA) Kuwait from 31st July 2009 at the Indian Public School, Salmiya from 9.30 a.m onwards. All new candidates desiring to qualify as Football Referees are requested to contact Mr. Sarto Baptista on Tel: 25611621 (after 6 p.m.), Mr. Junifer Rodrigues on Tel: 25633261 (after 5 p.m.) and also Mr. C.O. John on 66274017 (Mangaf/Fahaheel/Ahmadi Area) for more information. ABOUT IFRA: IFRA was founded in the year 1980 by the late FIFA Referee, Mr. J.P. D’Mello who was also instrumental in the formation of KIFF in 1984. IFRA is an Independent Body and not a subordinate of any Federation nor affiliated to any Club/Federation in Kuwait. It is the only Association in Kuwait which conducts Coaching Classes for Football Referees by experienced Qualified Referees amongst Expatriates and is registered with the Indian Embassy since 1981.
