No doubt, by and large most of the changes have been for the better viz. better roads, sanitation, education, job opportunities etc. I believe, there was a time, students had to go to Mumbai to answer their SSC exam paper. Every country in the world has to pay a price in the interests of progress and Goans too have gone throgh this transition. The only worm in the can is that Goa has also become a breeding ground for all kinds of unhealthy elements, for which there is no restraint at all.
