Goa Ministers and bureaucrats were interviewed, with excruciating results. Do check them out! Why do you find it impossible to accept my contentions: 1. That the 450+ cases cover a wide spectrum of circumstances and it would be invidious for any of us (read you or me) to generalise or make any claims as to the number of guilty or innocent cases. 2.
