At my advanced age, I am too faint hearted and not as fool hardy as some of you
to risk jail to stand up for our freedom.
However, I give you my solemn promise, if any of you are incarcerated, I will
visit you daily with whatever refreshments that the jail authorities will allow.
On a more serious note, since I am not and have never been an Indian National,
though I am a "niz" Goenkar, I do not want to risk being booted out of the Goa
I love so dearly.
I am disappointed that our politicians have chosen to create a tempest in a
teapot. I guess
Samir's assertions have hit home. Tut-tut !
