Club de Goa, Brisbane is celebrating ' World Goa Day ' on the 23rd August from 2 - 5 pm at the Warrigal Road State School hall, Eight Mile Plains with club members and friends singing Konkani and other popular songs. If you would like to join in please bring your music instruments and your voices for a fun afternoon.
For afternoon tea there will be "gorom gorom kanda bojey ani chonne" ( hot hot pakoras and boiled grams) made by Elena ( 0420603610 )and Joaquim ( 0403111970) Please send us an RSPV by 20th August if you are planning to be there so we can cater adequately. Please note that people who have not responded MAY NOT be served afternoon tea as we will cater to those who have RSVP'd in the first instance. There are a few Mando DVD's for sale costing $12 for those who may be nostalgic. For those visiting Brisbane at this time kindly join us.
