packing 200 in a class there were no forums, project work, assessments etc.
The main educational event was the final public exam. If this is the eucational
level in Canada it also must be crap.

Not unusual for you to have had 200 boys and girls in class in your
day and certainly not indicative of a lower quality of education due
to student numbers.
