Marlon,
The US has a socialized army. Those US residents with no assets pay for a
standing army so that their
non-assets and way of life is guarded at all times. Many of those with no
assets are in that situation
because they had to declare bankruptcy after the "for profit" insurance
companies refused to pay their
medical expenses.
Hussein Obama feels strongly that the US Govt should use the little income that
it gets to provide basic
health services for all its residents.
As for your last sentence, it makes no sense (to me).
You support socialized health care for children until they are old enough to be
sent war? And you support
socialized health care for these same children when they return disabled from
war? The question I have is:
Who should be paying for the medical expenses of these people when they need
emergency health care?
The NINJA's?
(For the non-Americans here, a NINJA is a person with No Income, No Job or
Assets and unemployment
is around 10% in the US today.)
