Its not the apology or any apology that matters, but the contexts and
underpinning of scenarios that lead to "Who did WHAT," that just may
enlighten us on Goanet.
On balls: As kids we had a song on the manjigglys (to metaphorically allude
to courage, guts, etc) of our "leaders" (remember: rulers, they never really
"governed" the country) and others. One had a big ball; one has two, but
small; one had a peru (guava); and the last--had none at all.
