On seeing these two photos, my 1st thought was, do these cops know how to swim?
What are these guys doing on this boat, in their uniform and without the life
jackets?
Hope they can stop some defaulters by blowing their whistles!
How long before the families of top Goa cops get joyrides on the Mandovi?
We have to wait and see. Hopefully, Joe will be able to capture those pictures
too!
