Among the issues to be discussed are the forthcoming Gram Sabha Proposals, Garbage Management in the village, Tourism and Beach Management Committee, implications of the Panchayat Raj (Amendment) Bill 2009, Recommendations to the CRZ Notification 1991 and the Goa Health Services Development Act 2008.
